- To uphold the highest traditions of the legal profession and to promote legal education.
- To maintain the rights and privileges of women lawyers of India.
- To promote the formation of district units of the Association in different parts of India.
- To cooperate with Bar Associations and associations of women lawyers of the nation in order to create better relations amongst the legal fraternity .
- To cooperate and / or affiliate with organizations with sim ilar aims and objectives.
- To undertake such work as may be decided upon by the assoc iation from time to time.
