Scammers!
I made a purchase of ₹30k+ from them and they do not take responsibility of any goods that they sell. At the time of selling they'll tell you 6 months warranty and guarantee and when you actually want to claim it they run away from you.
Same incident happened with me when I went to return a door handle which wasn't even a few days old. The handle had a faulty rod because of which it had stopped working and I decided to return/claim warranty for same. They said that they will not claim warranty and on further talking they even abused us and the situation had become worst, also, these guys even have a female who works there so they drag that lady whenever these types of situations arise. Very bad. Using females to get out of such situations. Are you in this market to make name or destroy it? I recommend everyone to never visit this shop since the owner has no manners and would keep on abusing. Shops like these should be shut down where you make a joke out of customers by forcing them.
Tl;dr- I had to later buy a new rod from market.
Ps: I'm attaching pictures of bill from this shop.
Kindly stay away from such fraud / scam based operated shops.
