About Supreme Towers (SCBA)
The Supreme Court Bar Association Multi-State Co-operative Group Housing Society Ltd. (Regd.) is a Society registered vide registration No. MSCS/ CR/ 221/ 2004 dated 20.04.2005. The Society was formed by Supreme Court Advocates to provide for Housing to the members of the said Bar Association. NOIDA Authority allotted 10 acres of land being Plot Nos. GH-04 & GH-05 in Sector-99, NOIDA in favour of the Society. The Society constructed 684 flats and allotted 675 flat and remaining 9 unsold/allotted flats are with the possession of Society. After allotment of the flats to 675 members, Supreme Towers Apartment Owners Association (in short ‘STAOA’) was registered on 16.02.2016 and the said registered body is regulated in terms of the UP Apartment Owners Association Act, 2010.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most corrupt societies. They will take your money but not give you any amenities. The management is constantly fighting with each and trying to find ways to steal money from the residents. Lift stops working at least once a week. They cut off electricity even after paying in advance. No mobile signals. Garbage doesn't get collected on time. On top of all this the building us falling apart. There have been instances of the staircase collapsing. The management still is not doing anything. In fact they ask you to pay more money in black to get it repaired. Very corrupt and very unhelpful place to live. If I could sell this flat I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to stay... Slum is better....no electricity for days.. waste management is nil, no security guards as they are not paid .. and the worst is no one knows who is responsible for this mess here.. tenants don't make mistake of taking rented flat here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has some nice ambience, and closer to nature. Is peacefull when compared to other ncr regions. Connectivity wise, it has improved and is connected via roads on all fronts. It is still developing, so you can expect it to become more lively in the near future.
All basic amenities are available at stone's throw away.
However you might feel a little isolated after the wee hours of the day, since the passerbys greatly reduce as the sun sets.
Road presence would mostly be of vehicular nature as the pedestrians are not high in number, and as explained before, they are not present after evening. Metro and public transport are not nearby and you require a travel time of around 5-10 mins by your own convenience to catch any public transport.
All in all you can expect a peaceful living here which is more suited for a retired lifestyle and having self convenience at all times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sep 22 2021: Absolutely F**d society. Moved in recently as I loved the apartment sizes. But the society is doomed because of its RWA which is full of corrupt and incompetent ppl. The maintainance staff including the guards haven't been paid their salaries for 4 months. Stray dogs roam in the society and kids are scared of them in the playarea. No street lights in the society work at night. One month of living here has been a pain. You won't get any plumber or electrician easily. The housekeeping sometimes come. The water supply was discontinued without any intimation. Kids swings are broken and will never be repaired. There are no sitting benches for the elderly in the park. The lawyers fraternity keeps fighting among themselves and has turned this place in a moot court. NOT RECOMMENDED TO MOVE IN ON RENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supreme Towers is in sector 99 Noida. The biggest perk of this society is that it opens right at the underpass of the expressway so one does not need to take a left , travel and then take a u turn to get to the other side of the expressway. At peak time it saves you a lot of time. There is a good market that has come up right outside , with restaurants , showrooms and more. The scoiety has a swimming pool, a tennis court , a club and basic shops inside the premises itself. The interiors are basic but neat and the world is open for your skills as an interior designer. Ample open spaces for kids to play, regular activities on festivals and also a play area (well cushioned!!) For small kiddos.

Infested with snakes (big and small both), water is cut at whim, no security (no gaurds), no maintenance, electricity is stolen from homes and you may end up paying upwards of 20K without AC. Support staff is not paid salaries so no plumber, electrician or garbage collection. Owners smartly put 1 year lock in clause to new tenants who are unaware of the madness. DO NOT GET STUCK. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER.
