★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus was good. Bed was covered with clean white cover. But blankets were smelling badly. There were alot of cockroaches and insects inside and around the bed.
They dont msg you the bus no or any contact no. like how all good travels do these days. So you have to call at a place then he tells you to call elsewhere and this continues.
Tip..Always demand the exact bus no and its photos before booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the worst travelers they provided e ticket from Mumbai to pune but the checklist which driver has was written as Mumbai to mahabaleswar after dropping us they showed the list . Diver fought with us for questioning them about this incident and irresponsible staff we called the office they dint give proper response instead of traveling for 3 hours we traveled whole day and reached pune . They dint even bother to respond properly for their mistakes. I have been traveling for long time by buses but this is these are the worst travelers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked through redbus for mahabaleshwar to mumbai travel (ac sleeper).Ac was not working, charging ports were not working, no amenities were provided as mentioned not even water and horrible uncomfortable sleeper seats.Do not book supreme travels bus, opt for vigneshwar travel instead we booked it while going from mumbai to mahabaleshwar and it was really good.Worst experience with supreme travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are going to Mumbai to mahabaleshwar bus is good but driver r chutiya ek no ka , he broke side glass of some local truck , truck driver demand money 3000 for his side mirror, but driver not give n truck driver get key from bus and told meet at police station , Supreme bus driver nothing to say any word and no any negotiations with that truck driver now we are at 5XM3+H8 Sarola, Maharashtra, already left 2 hrs 4 to 6 now don't know how much he will takes time , no any response from Supreme travels, very bad service, without key don't know what he do fuckof person .
West our time and journey.
