★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service by the owner Dipan ji. Bought a A1 quality harmonium and was properly packed and posted to South Australia. Arrived within 2 weeks and no damages at all. I really appreciate the service provided and also good customer service over phone with very responsive to any questions. For the harmonium sound is best with top reeds installed bass male female. Thanks and recommend anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is my first experience buying a 3 line portable harmonium from Sur O Bani.Mr. Dipan Sarkar,the owner of Sur O Bani harmonium,is very helpful person. I contacted him on april 27th.
He showed me a lot of harmoniums on whatsapp that I wanted.I ordered a 3 line portable harmonium on April 30th. I got the harmonium on May 8th via India Post.It is a little late to get the courier due to Corona situation.The Product was well packaged.The sound of the harmonium gives a great feel.That's why I'm giving this company 5 star rating. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After so much search & research on net & in local market I came to know this site. It's products are also sold on Amazon, but I wanted a color that was not available on Amazon. I spoke to Dipan Sarkar, the proprietor of this business and came to know that that their actual site is surobaniharmonium.com and the site surobani.com is a fake site operated by some Mr Vidyut. Mr. Dipan Sarkar is so polite and he clears all your doubs and is so helpful even if you are a novice in this field like me. I ordered the product of my chosen color on whatsapp on 29th August. It was shipped on same date and reached me on 2nd September. The packaging was so nice that took more than 20 minute to unpack. I purchased a Base Male Reed Black color portable Harmonium made of Burmese Teak Wood so nicely packed in a wooded box which was kept in a nice bag. It is so beautifully polished with 42 keys, Palitana Reed, 7 bellows that produce a long sustain, Sweet Sound properly Tuned, 4 Stoppers and 5 drones. I highly recommend this product - Genuine Seller and a genuine product at Very good Price.
