★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today is the 7th day, no response on phone calls,
I've visited the centre thrice for my report of RT-PCR to which they've said wait for one more day or else give the test again and wait for three days. Like omg if I were positive 10 days are already gone when will I start my treatment? On my deathbed?
Till today I was keeping patience but this is just not acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had done a checkup of semen analysis. They forgot to write the value of semen and later they wrote it by hand after 2 days and they say that this is your value which was absolutely wrong. I got the checkup done elsewhere, so the value was higher. There was very little here. Neat and clean looks good on the outside but the inside very poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing can be worse than this centre. They give appointment for tests and later when you go, they tell to come later. Happened thrice with me. Reception people are useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst lab for any tests especially Covid test . Go anywhere except this place . They will make u suffer for ur own reports . I gave my Covid report on 6 and still not got the reports . They are rude and unprofessional. Avoide giving any tests in this lab . Worst experience in patna bihar .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. When you call over the phone they give us a different timings and you go to the center , they will say that doc is not available. They don't have any system. Waste of time and money. They are highly unprofessional
