I was given the 36,000 in this institute and they have not provided in my degree, i was requested many times for my degree but they told me rudely called to the university and asked him your degree we are not responsible your degree, it is very trouble for me if i paid this institute 36,000/- money and apply the Degree so why am i asked the university dept.

You teach Modelling in acting, what kind of notion are you promoting, of showing them false of dreams of becoming superstars or actor, the basic principle of an acting school is to make actors and focus on acting, not on these skills Maximum to maximum they will get work in some ekta kapoor serial or modelling contest. Very sad that you are not realising that teaching acting is a responsible job and you are messing it by teaching useless things which is not acting !
