Attract customer through facebook marketplace by showing beautiful product.. Then deliver cheap quality product.. After delivery they are not answering my calls or mails..feeling frustrated and disappointed.. There are many complaints on Google against anixmart..to make people fool is their permanent bussiness ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not want give even 1star ..very bad service which is not satisfectory ...return policy is not at all good ..approx one month passed they are not picking up their wrong order and not refunding money..and Mr Lalit called me from company side that ," you do courier of product on our adress and when they recieve then they refund but how can i trust second time ...i told him that i will share reiept of courier the same day u refund money he said no this is not in company policy ..my question is this that when you are sending wrong order and when you can not satisfied your company is this fair with company policy..??? More so their market place vindor is also not replying now ..i think we all shoul launch complaint agaist tge company and should ask about marketplace secuirity too as adter wrong delivery most of vedors blocked the number and most of them are not replying ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I have ordered a designer dress from this seller via contacting his facebook seller page. He delivered the dress with in 3 days and i paid Rs 1800 to him.
But when we checked the packet the dress was not matching which we ordered from him, Even size is small, the neck of dress is so small that our head cannot pass through, now he is not refunding the amount.
This Fraud seller is not answering calls too.
