Love the colors, intricate embroidery, and quality of the fabric. Also, great customer service. All the items were delivered on time and in great condition. The place has a very calm energy. Perfect for getting into the mind-space for shopping luxury.
Service is exceptional.
I interacted with Nisha and Shahid. Polite and poised. Attentive yet not intrusive. Showcasing the collection and combinations patiently.
During the trial, Shahid’s help was outstanding. Very focussed on finding the right fit and seemed to have a deep understanding about the fabric, fall and cut, etc. The best part is that he listened carefully to what I thought might be an issue and was not out to convince me it is right as it is.
The experience was wonderful. And they were on time. A rarity.

Nisha is so attentive, accommodating and polite…she goes over and beyond to help us out with the best outfits in such short time…I feel so relieved to have found them as we are not locals, We live in the USA and It’s a blessing to be able to rely and trust on someone like Nisha to deliver nothing but the best of the best. I love surbhi Pansari’s collection, they are so elegant and reasonably priced. They customize the outfits as per our need in whatever time we have and give perfect fit, this place has become my husband’s favorite place to shop. :)
