★ ★ ★ ★ ★ varieties of cotton sarees more, but sunday holiday is inconvenience to employees or salaried people. Have to spend more time to select among many varieties. Business hours up to 7.30pm only. So shopping at evening is not preferable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before anything else, let me speak about the in-person experience at the shop. The people workers don't care about the customers. The reception of customers is as bad as well as the treatment of the customers. Everyone there is so lazy to show and explain the clothes. Managing business through online is appreciable, but believing online purchase is above everything else isn't good to a business as good as this. It is all a matter of time before the bad reception of customers reach others through the words spread.....
I hope that they improve this in the future. I think this would be the first and final visit to the shop due to the above stated reasons.

Worst coustmercare... They are not attending my calls.. I cancelled my order i month ago till now they are not refunded my amount..
