★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought of buying house seeing the location of the colony but seen behavior of the manager with existing owners so bad, it seems as if he has given you the house for free. Also Visited friends house in colony , and believe me It's More of the show but less in quality. Such poor quality of material used and construction. It appears that house was submerged in sea and has been taken out just like the ship of pirates of caribbean (pun intended).

Still it's the best colony in awadhpuri area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is very good, Near to BHEL so feel specious and public transport available on your door step but if you come up with the construction quality its very poor. seepage is the biggest issue here leakage is every where in the house many times complained to builder but he is not anymore intrested on any of your problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The colony is located nicely and is a well maintained society. Almost everything within the villa is of a renowned brand and good quality.
There were certain issues like seepage at some portions initially, but the builder resolved them in the next season so it's fine now.
You may need to pursue some extra works in the villa after purchasing like putting gates, shades etc with extra money as that is not provided by the builder.
Overall it's a good colony to live in the Awadhpuri area of Bhopal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very beautiful location if you are planning to relocate to bhopal, it's pretty calm and clean place, houses are well maintained and the architecture is awesome, the only issue I found is the rates are too high as per the location. Awadh puri is no doubt a green area but the development cost in Surendra Manik is high, that stops you for a while and force you to rethink. At last I like this place much and hope one day their prices will match my expectations and I will have a home there :) good luck.
