★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service centre I have seen . Don't expect your product delivered safe they will simply convince is to accept another cheap product if our product is missing . Also it's a scam they don't do service repair to laptops . They cost 3000 but the original price is 1400 and the quality of service is pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good store, this store has been around for a decade or something, staff are polite and well trained, they don't open any pc or laptop or a printer unless it is very necessary, unnecessary servicing and unnecessary billing will not happen here. Parking might be a issue if you are visiting this store in a car.

And they are suggesting us what to buy according to our need...... I can say it was the best one ever seen in eluru

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend not to buy anything from this store. this store has too quality less products and quality less technicians. i have visited this shop to with my broken laptop screen. they have charged 7K rupees and provided a new screen with 3 months warranty. the new screen which they have provided got damaged within span of 4 days. i went to shop to ask for warranty and replace. just to cover their fault (by giving a quality less product), they told the screen cannot be covered in warranty. you just continue to use it.. my screen its not broken, it just had some line spot coming at the bottom of the screen. i had to discuss with them for approx. 20 mins and eventually understood they don't want to replace it and finally understood they cheated me with quality less product.
Please don't visit this shop for any repairs or replacements.
