We are using laser engraver since four years. Suresh indu laser provide very strong machine than other manufacturers with no service wanting. I called SILASERS for service only 3 times in four years for lens and belt.

I have two laser engraving machines from past 11 yrs, one CNC router from past 5 yrs and one fiber laser metal cutting machine from 4 yrs. We had received best service and spares support and we referred many friends to SIL and all are happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I purchased a 100w, 3' x 2' laser cutting machine from SIL. For my Woodart hobby work, it cuts through 4mm high grade veneer plywood like butter. The edges are very crisp with very little darkening.
Very professional service from Mr Nitin Singh and engineer Mr. Shashikant.

Never prefer SURESH INDU. They never care and never think for customers...
Never think for single time to purchase this machine.. even don't mistake to buy from them.

We’ve purchased 3 Laser machines in last 2 years. 1st fiber laser, 2nd UV Laser Marking & 3rd Laser cutting machine.
Now, We're planning for 4th machine from SIL.
Great customer service & professional staff members & awesome management (Mr. & Mrs. Shah, Mr. P. Joshi & S.Bhadauria).
Specifically thanks to service / support team (Rubi's team), they were so helpful. She wouldn’t give up until she had found a solution. She really went above and beyond, I would give her 6 stars if I could.
Customer service is obviously their worship and it shows. I have referred others already.
