★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Things were sort of OK until site was deployed though it was a lot of work correcting many many errors. They give you one month after that of free service. My site is complex and there were still things that needed fixing after that one month and some add-ons. They asked for more $ for the add-ons. Fair enough. But then, they wanted me to buy monthly package with a fixed number of hours every month. I had no problem buying a number of hours that I could use whenever instead. They agreed but then never did the work. It kept being put off. After a few weeks, they simply suggested I hire someone else to do the work ! Not cool !
