Based on the owners message below, here is my reply - Hi, Below in your message you are talking about pandemic as if we are still in March 2020. We are in Jan 2021, you operate a surgical healthcare store & you are telling me if I face any issue on a wheelchair you cannot service it because its a pandemic?. Let me bring to your attention that wheelchairs are used by patients & ppl with disabilities. Are you aware of that? If no & you have this befitting reply then I seriously give you 0 stars & urge ppl to not buy a product from your store
