1. They think your bike as just a piece of iron, it seems they have only hammer in their toolkit. They hammered my Pulsar 200NS all around.
2.They bent my Gear lever and forced open my bike's backseat.
3. They don't have bike parts available. For Ex- Pulsar 200NS leg guard.
4. They are just like normal local bike service centers so please don't waste extra money just for the name of authorised service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my bike serviced from them. Working fine. It's a cash only place. If there's some major part change they advice, get it checked from other mechanic too and then get it replaced form here. Genuine parts are available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever get your bike serviced from this workshop!! They have no clue what they’re doing! I have a dominar, as the workshop is near to my place i took my bike there to get it serviced! They screwed my bike completely! Firstly they used wrong engine oil for my bike! The one that they use for pulsar, they used the same for my bike and that too 750ml. It was supposed be different and 1.5 liters! There were a lot of scratches on my bike along with quick fix glue marks! Upon asking that they said it happened unintentionally and they’re sorry about it! They screwed the average of my bike and the money!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First thing is too much attitude, there is no way to talk at all.
Money is charged here a lot more than at the bike service center.
The biggest thing is that my bike broke the petrol tea and the charges are laid on me.
Work from any service center of Bajaj but do not do it from here.
Their employees do not even have the ability to talk about how the customer is dealt with.

I looked out for pulsar 200ns mechanic at this authorised Bajaj Service centre for almost 1-2 months but owner keeps on saying. He is not picking up the phone.. If he is not picking up the phone. He must hire someone else. Because of him I had to get my bike repaired in local. Which I do not want.

to treat customer its completely bad behaviors its behalf on local work shop very good service and behave well manners behalf on suri moters.

Abhijeet the mechanic is useless..will guide you wrongly his only job is to create non existent faults and mint money.
Ownere is totally fraud. He doesn't even have bajaj authorised licence these days as told by locals.
I got my bike reserviced with in 2 months. Very bad experience. Pls avoid this shop.
