★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This college established in 1942. It is the first college in Suri. It is affiliated to university of Burdwan. Here studies many subject (chemistry, physics, mathematics, botany, zoology, physicology, microbiology, Bengali, English, sanskrit, history, political science, philosophy, commerce, geography etc). Here teachers are very cooperativly. Many cultural programme held here. Student union are very supportive. This college has a big field. Many boyes are playing here. Also here has a ATM counter.

There is a big and centrally air conditioned library, also we have a big sports ground, canteen is not so good, there is a cool place to sit and chill in the college with your batchmates( near the office area), we also have an incubator cell, sports room, volleyball court, drama society room, various clubs room and a seminar hall. Classes are like government schools, not the smart classes you are thinking of. Campus is not so big but decent enough. The crowd is okay, not as per my expectations, there is a mix of people from different parts of West Bengal, mostly from Birbhum and Burdwan but I have other friends also who belong to other parts of the country as well.
