★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should have written this review long back when I got my engagement dress from you and the blouse was so ill fitted even after giving you thrice for alteration. Not even a single outfit of mine has faded colours the way your outfit has. I paid so much for the dress and within a span of 6 months the colour has faded. Please don't blame me or tell me time and again that it is due to moisture.The least I was expecting was some compensation (in terms of repair) from your side but for that too you are charging me way too much. I will recommend people to not buy any article from your store. My money has literally gone down the drain. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with this brand and their people.
They dont even deserve 1 star. they have no courtesy to even apologize. You and your staff are so well trained to fool your customers. Kudos to that.

Being a last minute person myself, I only placed an order for an outfit for a wedding in London a few weeks before the event & Suruchi managed to turnaround the order very quickly.
It was the first time I ordered an outfit from Instagram so I was a little cautious at first, however I am so glad I did as Suruchi did not let me down. I was informed of progress at all stages which really helped.
The outfit design I ordered was tailored to what I wanted, with Suruchi's help. We exchanged detailed conversation via WhatsApp including pictures of fabric colours & shades, top designs etc.
The end product is just amazing, so pretty, great quality & the fit was good too. (A slight adjustment was required in the fitting, but a very small job).
I highly recommend Suruchi Parakh, you will not regret it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untrustworthy. Relied on an online order for my sister's wedding and dress reached me only on the wedding day evening. The ordeal that I had to go through was horrible - I followed up a lot and Suruchi wasn't even providing right information keeping me hanging on whether or not I would receive dress was unprofessional. She charges a lot and at the end I had to manage with a random dress from a local store for my sisters wedding and there was no apology from Suruchi or her team. Would never choose Suruchi Parekh ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wore a beautiful green jumpsuit made by Suruchi for my Mehendi and Haldi function. I wanted something indo-western for the occasion, but at the same time, trendy and comfortable. This outfit was just that and fit sooo well!!
Suruchi worked with me on customizing the colors and the embroidery patterns on the jumpsuit and made the entire process of ordering the outfit through Whatsapp so simple! Highly recommend Suruchi for any new trendy designs :)
