★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place to visit in Purulia....though there is not much collection of animals....but authority is planning to bring tiger and lion by 2020. There is deer, sloth bear, python, monkey, some type of baboon, porcupine, peacock, etc. And there is a watch tower nearby this zoo and one have get on the dirt road...it's quite a view from up there but be careful of bees and spiders....the bee hives are quite big and beautiful...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to visit....specially if you have little children.They can fully enjoy the time.Sloth bear,Cheetal dear,Beboons,Ajgar snake & different kind of birds are seen. Ticket : 10/- each for adult ( Rs. 15/- in holidays) & Rs. 5/- for each child. Enjoy....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deer park surulia or purulia mini zoo.. As the name mini zoo itself describing it that zoo isn't as big as we see neighbourhood cities zoos and the number of species is low as well but we definitely had great time over there ... The zoo developing day by day and they (care takers) said that they are going to bring more animals in future. 100% fun time for kids

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very beautiful zoo in Purulia . A little bit away from the main City. But the place is quite and well maintained. The animals are very fit and healthy. More over the zoo gardens are very beautiful . In a nut shell this is a perfect sport for a little trip for family. The animals preservered in the zoo are mentioned in the photos
