★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mostly I do not give reviews. Bu this time there is a reason why I am giving 5Star, as these guys from surveillanceKart made me realize that how my previous CCTV Installation vendor was looting me. I was being charged more than 2X of the real prize for cheap made in china products.
Finally we are getting good prize and I'm really happy for the cctv installation services I received at my Banquet Hall. Best of luck guys.

BEWARE!!
I got a camera installed in December 2018. They gave 6 months warranty. It has stopped working 3 times since then. They send technicians after calling them 10 times. Even when they should not charge anything...THEY CHARGE 500 RS FOR EVERY VISIT.
I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Buy, install, reapir. It exactly rolled as per its punch line. They visited me as per my convenience and get installation done. The overall services are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The after sale services of the SurveillanceKart are equally awesome as its security products. After the purchase of the product, the technician not only assisted in the installation process but also gave a warranty of it. This is how a genuine CCTV camera dealer works i guess!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience with this company, they are just money hungry people.
No after sales service, even after consistent calls and messages these people do not reply and respond to customer requests.
Alka is the on call representative and is absolutely unresponsive and unprofessional.
They will charge you large amounts of money for extremely cheap memory cards, checked on Amazon.
Even the manager/supervisor is money hungry and unresponsive.
These people should close their store and jump in the river.
