★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have almost all the diagnostics lab services.. they seems to have good network of hospitals and clinics in Madiwala area, almost all the clinics in this area prescribes to this diagnostic centre!
Only issue is the service from the receptionists, she knows only Kannada (Nothing wrong in that) but never even tries to make people understand she intends to.. also they insist on paying by cash even after having card swipe machine!
Charges are high comparing to other diagnostics centres..
Waiting time is very high..
They don't make patients/visitor aware of their internal process.. always says "kuthkoli kuthkoli" (sit, sit) nothing else..
Only good part is the Dr. (Sonographer n other technician).. they are more caring..
This centre is driving only on right location in Madiwala area.. Nothin else..
(Oh forgot to add)
There seems to be some Govt. mandate to record all the diagnostics reports on Govt. Portal.. lady who is doing this task takes more than 15 mins to record one entry.. this is crazy.. Even after report is ready, you are made to wait so many 15 minutes for your report to get recorded before u actually get them.. this is not the way! If you can't pay for a skilled person for this data entry then why charge so much as if your service is perfect?? Insult to Indian silicon valley?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I suggest customers to go for other centers. They make us wait very long time. Very worst part is reception these guys are very worst and response is also too much worst. Surya owner should change them. Never want to visit again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service.......... No proper resoires from staff. I have booked an appointment 12 pm, staff is giving important to a person who came at 1 pm..... Staffs look sick and least bothered about others timing. ..........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scanning is good but the receptionist is too bad. They only know kannada can't conversate in english so communication is pathetic.Also, they give preference to kannada people even though you might be the first one in the queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of worst, no, this is the worst diagnostic center in the world, I would suggest customers, please don't go. They are least bother about the customer..start from receptionist all bad service...they don't prioritize the customers. They asked me to come by 6 PM to collect the report, but by 5:30 PM they shut down and make us wait for two days. You can choose another city or county for any check up than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Men radiologist available here. Waiting time depends. Staff members are not so good but reception lady is bit helpful. Good thing is you will get reports in 20 mins after your check-up done.
