Every month we face same problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am totally unsatisfied with the services , As, they didn't deliver the refill( Cylinder) on time. Every time their delivery boy (Balkishan & Ghanshyam) gives the fake excuse (Like: gaadi nahi aayi, kal pakka apka cylinder lag jayega) . Also, They are giving the refill(Cylinder) with less gas quantity ( as i caught them two times previously ).
So, I request kindly take a serious look ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor Service i have a complaint for leakage gas don't recive my call any person 12 pm and attend my call after 2 hrs and delivery man come in my house 20 pm response time 6 hrs its a (turtle) service So my request all customers don't buy salendor surya gas agency

I have had problems many times, for the last 1.5 years I book my cylinder through website and pay online, the message comes cylinder delivery, but cylinder does not delivered.They do not do any work without complaint, without complaining on Bharat Petroleum Smartline. Their agency's complaint book is of no use, in this I have made many complaints but there is no solution. If you have allergies like picking up the phone, it cannot be picked up by the phone unless you call 8 to 10 times or you do not own it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour of their must be improve and some delivery boy of this agency are corrupted. Cylinder they deliver it will be correct but after some days without use it's weight will be slightly down. I have complaint many times but no improvement.
