★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's better to call them robbers. Immediately after the purchase is made they start misbehaving. The shop is run by a bunch of greedy misbehaving people. I purchased a cooler from them. Within the warranty period since it started malfunctioning, I had to call the mechanic from the company and though I had the warranty card, I needed the bill which I lost. The company suggested to go to the dealer to either collect the bill or just collecting the TIN number would also go. But the dealer, this Surya Appliances denied outright to cooperate and after several requests they agreed to give a copy of the bill with a cost of Rs. 250 and brought it out within two minutes. Imagine, Rs. 250 just for the print out of a bill. Beware of them.
