I request all people to do not take rent house at Number of 33 part 2 owner of house is Samir Patel. very rude behave of owner with girls first. And also he take half money from broker That means he only want money from customer and broker as well. Also very rude behave of aunty she said very abuse words to rentals. And every day every week they only want any topic to fight with rentals. Also owner Samirbhai's father is showing that he is very intelligent but alway list more money in electricity bill like add money for water and motor etc. And also take advance money for water.That means they take 2 times money for water in month.
I request all the people to don't go there. Very cheap people they are.
I suffered alot with them and then I quit that because they indirectly mentally harras to rentals with their cheap words and fights. Also on leave time that aunty speak loud and say cheap and abuse words to my parents with very rude behave she don't have manner to speak with any rentals or people.
Please don't go to 33 number house for rent. I request to all people.
