Water facilities: bad
Washrooms: just ok
Charges: reasonable
Cleanliness: very bad
{most of the times dustbins are not present} totally non-hygienic
If you want to just enjoy your hostel life, then go for it, you will find more persons like you there
But if you have some purpose for which you are working hard, then it may not the place for you as it got so many distractions and disturbances.
There are 2-3 hostels around it which you may look for....
