Poor service with nuisance all over the hospital
In the name of hospital they are running a business centre. I lost my grandma due to lack of care by the doctor and staff..
Doctor was totally rude and linient..His greed for money killed my grandma..
Will suggest never ever come to this hospital if u love your closed ones. For money they'll kill your closed ones and state it was very critical stage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is not a good doctor... She intentionally miscarriaged my baby... I was 5 month pregnant and had heavy bleeding problem.My amniotic fluid reached 6 but she calmly advised me to take bed rest she didn't admited me...she said my baby will absolutely be fine... Nothing wrong will happen... Simply she gave injection n medicine for home...2 days later my fluid reached at 5.2 which was very less still she didn't admitted me even on asking about any risk to my baby... Another day I lost my baby... It could be saved at amniotic fluid 6..but she didn't take any chance to save my baby... She deals only simple case...many more cases she disturbed from my colony.. N they lost there pregnancy.. I'll advice not to go for surya hospital... She has not sufficient staff to deal patient at night or emergency cases...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My overall experience has been very good with the hospital. The staff, the facilities is very good. My orthodontic treatment is going on in this hospital only and till now, I am having no complaints regarding the services or anything of the hospital.
I recommend this hospital to anyone who asks me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely careless behaviour of doctors and other staff members.
My maternal grand father had his engioplasty in this hospital along with another patient on the same date. Both of them developed breathing problems after the treatment and my grandfather expired after 2 weeks of angioplasty. The other patient was taken to PGI Lucknow when her condition went worse. Engioplasty was done by Dr. Viveka Kumar who was not available when the condition of the patient was critical. He did not even explained the reason why the condition of both the patients worsened with time. The doctors on duty never came to check the CCU for the whole night after engioplasty and the staff was also sleeping inside the CCU and were not listening to the patient's needs. They dont even have good experienced doctors to take care of the patient in case of an emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service in the industry. Highest negligence towards patients. Staff is not sure whether doctor will visit or not. No coordination at all. Patient keeps waiting for tests and hospital's meter (bill) is on.
Stay away of these malpractitioners.
