★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder is very rude, builder did not fullfil his promises to provide facility written in brosher ( open gym, garden maintenance, no garbage duct, no open theater, only small water tank, small bore in 650 flats society), builder took 25000rs in the name of society maintenance at the time of buying a flat , and don't want to return this amount to society, before handover the society boring was fail , so builder did another bore, and build tank for BU Permission all amout of these things builder want more money from us...
( Bore, tank, this is not member's expenses before handover the society, builder demands for more money, no garden maintince, very big society, water problem in daily basis)

Affordable luxurious flats.??
Little outer area but Peaceful place to live with family.
Basement parking not available. Will face parking issue in future.
Builders or management people should appoint good & strict security gaurds agency.
Other than this all good.
