★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier it was quiet good in service. Recent visit made me change my opinion. The waiting period is alot more than you would think. I've been a regular customer of Suryoday since last 6 years. But after lockdown the quality of services have gone down drastically..Many of the good and experienced mechanics have left job..Hope they improve their services soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for service your bike, every thing were good like service, cost of part, behaviour of employees but please make sure before you leave service centre. Your bikes old parts are not working 100% because after billing they don't take returns... every bad

Service done on my bike: It was awesome, superb quality work, might be a bit expensive for some people but you get quality of work and parts in exchange.

In service centre not attending customer for long time even after telling, always negative response, you have to visit 2,3 times for same job even after taking appointment , some mechanic person are good but advisor and management leve should need to increase knowledge for every problem they advise it's normal or as you ride it will automatically solved out
Bcoz of no other option we have to visit bcoz of Authorize service centre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service not upto the mark. Don't expect much. Have to get the fee service to avail the warranty so no option. Bajaj is least bothered about after sales they are given it all to the service centres and customers with no option as I said. Washing process is displayed at the entrance of the washing area but it's not at all followed. I even checked same with one Mr.Deepak he said that is provided by the company and it has nothing to do with the actual service. Within warranty free service customer is asked to pay Rs.200 to get the cleaning and lubrication of the chain now one has to think again what is this so called free service about. My experience with both Bajaj and Hero I have shared none of them are interested in service. I strongly recommend find a good mechanic for service near the location were you stay. Don't go for any AMC from them it's just a waste of money as these service center are waiting so that the parts are damaged so they can collect the money from the Customers giving that reason.
