★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is nearby mulund station and suryoday is a tour travel agency. They arrange both domestic as well as international tours for groups corporates friends and families. Also they deal with forex exchange and visas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We (& our company) had been consistently giving business to Suroday Travels since a long time. But soon their ticketing & other rates were not competitive. But still we continued some business as a part of the relation. But recently we required some Forex (USD) & we confirmed on one particular rate which was mutually agreeable that time & day. However they never delivered the currency that day & in fact delivered part of it after 2 days & the remaining part they said they were not aware, it was ok for me to wait but i said that in the span of these 2.5 days the USD to INR equation had changed (In Rupees favour) & this was enlightened by me to them (Which they acknowledged) still when they came to deliver the remainder of the sum & they applied the old rate (basking a profit). Well its not about how much money went out of my pocket (as these Forex transactions have less margin anyway) but it is the ATTITUDE which i'd like to highlight here. They are 4.3 rated but still id like to rate them a 3 star (as a mediocre service provider) but to even the scales on Google reviews im rating them 1 star.
Hope they take note.
