★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a chandelier with music (bluetooth) in the month of mid April 2018, now bluetooth is not working. I called the dealer on somewhere around 10th may, he told me to text the address on the given number, which i did and he told me told me he will send someone next week (15th may) regarding the issue(cut the call abruptly). But nobody came, then i called them again he again told me to do same thing and guy will visit after 25th May (ki ladka gaon gaya hua hai), which didn't happen. Again I called on 27th May, he told me the guy will come after ramadan, he was extremely rude, very disrespectful and said waise bhi china k maal koi guarantee nahi hoti, hum isme kuch nahi kar sakte , agar ladka aya toh charge lega and cut my phone. Very rude, Very casual. Completely avoid this store.

Owner is very disheartening and disgusting as while selling he was very polite but when we complaint about products he was furious and not ready to listen anything. His customer service is very pathetic. Please refrain from buying any heating products. I purchased products recently and very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst shop to buy any items. The owner is such an expert in making long statements showing stars and moon. Once the item is sold, you are nobody. Even if the item is not delivered. Not just once but repeated bad experiences. Will never be buying any more stuff from this shop! The owner doesnt even have the decency to talk to customers in a proper manner. Takes out his frustration by screaming.
