★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was suffering with fistula problem from 2-3 years and unfortunately it was happen infection in Ano. don't know what to do next. I tried many of home treatment before but it works only for temporary relief.i was frustrated then I decided to go for checkup. Then again I confused which hospital need to go Bcoz there are many piles hospitals private/Gov in pune area. i sorted shusrut hospital from the map list because of people's rating and read there reviews. all of those rating & feedback are given positively. Then directly I contact Dr.Madhu sir and got an appointment for checkup. He was very humble and polite he checked & told me my problem and gave me solution for the surgery. He did my fistula operation very well.during operation I was scared?.after 3 days I get discharge.now going for dressing daily.also the all staff is very good they all are gave me best service. I suggest anyone suffering with any fistula/piles/fishure problem do consult him once before going for treatment I'm sure Dr.Madhu Sir will help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Madhu Maddy Rao is person who claim himself a doctor and calling people by himself asking money. I submitted cheque as per his follow up which is dated 22 March. He still called me and asked his staff to call me asking money. I have recorded conversations which leading me to lodge police complaint against such harrrasing incident. Stay away from such unprofessional people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ksharsutra is very painful treatment. I felt pain even after 10 days of Surgery. My friend undergo Laser surgery for piles and the pain lasted only for 24 hours.
Laser treatment is much less painful.
Also nurse and staff here are not attentive and are confused.
So look for some good laser treatment clinic.

I went there and started treatment now I am completely recovered.this is right place for those patient who is suffering from piles.Treatment is good and affordable and especially day care treatment and painless.Thankyou Dr.Rao and his team. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr P Madhu is best.I had thrombosed piles He guided me in depth the root cause of it.My surgery was invasive there was no deep cuts and I was fine in 24-48 hours.Infact when I was travelling I had issues of Gastritis and bloating and I called the doctor at very late without ifs and buts he gave me medicine understanding my previous history and next day I was fine.
I would recommend this hospital for Piles,fissures and ano rectal dieseases

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got operated from Madhu Rao for fistula in July 2020.. He claimed that he would do kshar Sutra , but instead he did a way primitive method some Bengali/ telgu method of open fistulanomy...till date I am in severe pain. When pain did not subside, he just put the blame of laser operation which was done a year earlier . But actually that is not the case, because of his method I have got band formation now as it was naive method not traditional Khan sutra
When I visited other doctors they told me that I was dumb to visit him as he performs Bengali method instead of traditional kshar sutra. Before getting operated from him, please consult other doctors to get an opnion about him and his method Also like to highlight here that for next 6 months I have to visit his clinic on daily basis and had heavy dose of antibiotic which took toll on my gut health now every doctor is recommending another surgery, Mr Rao should be honest with his patient and shud not take them for ride for his own monetary benefits

I came to know about Dr.P.Madhu.Rao and his ayurvedic treatments , i visted sushrut piles clinic , Dr. P. Madhu.Rao explain me in detail abt the nature of disease and gave me assurance of pain free procedure without any recurrence. I undergone ksharkarma and agnikarma procedure and it was very nicely done. After 10 days of procedure i travel to my home town. Big thanks to Dr P Madhu Rao and his team. Those who have piles related issue they should consult Dr.P.Madhu.Rao once , i m sure that there problem will solve permenantly. Highly Recommended.

His attitude towards the patient makes the patient half healthy. He operated my fistula in ano , issue with great care. He is the embodiment of god on earth.
