★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kindly change the reception desk ladies they lack behaviour and etiquette,does not know how to deal with customer .For every question the answer is NO.
If you want to sustain in this market you must know how to behave with the customer.
Services and doctor s are good.But customer relations big0.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very neat and clean place. Staff's behaviour and maitanance is very good ?. All types of eye treatment is done here but the treatment is up to the mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience.....The ladies seated at the reception lack even the slightest of etiquettes. I visited the centre at Kamalgazi. They say without an appointment we won't be entertained. When I said that for the last 3 days I tried contacting you guys over the phone, but no one received. They reply, that the phone is out of order. When I ask them that we cannot consult by anyway, the reply comes as NO. They don't even bother to ask, shall we fix an appointment for a later date or something.
I ask, was it my fault that your landline was not in order. And secondly please employ people who speak in a righteous way. Remember your centre runs by us patients.....Once again a horrible first experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My grandmother ot done last week, the ward sister is very efficient and smart. The receptionist is very friendly, clean paln & nice atmosphere. All over the south Kolkata very great hospitality..

The ward sister is very smart & council speach are too good , Her Management power is more than better to all over.All over admission to discharge process are very timely. Near South Kolkata the great hospitality .. I'm full satisfaction ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a bad experience with Susrut and thus,will not recommend anyone this place.The faculty is not well equipped. My brother was given wrong negative power of much higher value due to which he had suffered from severe headache for several days untill we consulted another doctor. The doctors are careless and ignorant while performing tests as due to their delay in diagnosis of the eye problem and then providing the immediate remedy,my father lost vision of his right eye to glucauma.

Earlier we had to go to saltlake branch for eye testing but now it is at Kamalgazi (just at the crossing where bypass is starting which is going to dhalai bridge.If you are coming from Dhalai Bridge then it will be on your left side) Overall they are organised. You can get your specs done from there itself. They do cataract operation etc in this branch as well, you can call them for detail information as per your need. Thank you
