★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 'Miracle', is the word I would say for SuTa sarees. The range of absolutely beautiful colors, the softest texture I have ever seen in sarees. One of my favorites now! Prices slightly towards higher side, but the shades and texture is what you won't find elsewhere, and the customer support as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered two sarees; The quality of the material is really the worst. I tried to return them, but Suta team rejected it. I also mentioned it's a gift which I sent to my mom. Unfortunately, it's not the same thing what we, end-users see on your website. I am very disappointed. My first saree gift to my mom has ruined successfully. Her comment as soon as she unpacked was; it looks cheap, was it some sort of recycled sarees. The saree is supposed to have a nice fall vibe but the color turns out to be tacky and muddy. Not what I imagined while ordering it. I have decided not to get any more sarees from this site in future. The quality and fabric is very thin and it's not for everyone. The pictures on the website and what we received wasn't the same as expected. Finally, what! it ruined my big moment of gifting a saree to my mom on her birthday. Ultimately my experience with SUTA has gone south forever.
Adding to the wait times for customer service is also quite long. It took 3 days to hear back from them and the answer is we couldn't accept the return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is horrible. There is no coordination in between the departments . Very indisciplined.
Quality of suta Saarees is good
but
incase u buy a blouse and u have to return it for whatever reason - i felt harassed
If they can deliver product in two days then they cud rcv too in two days but it took them 6 days to rcv their returned product.
Also for quality chk they will take ADDITIONAL two days .
thnk god I ordered thru lazy pay coz money cud be transferred back immediately . Otherwise it wud have taken 6 more days for money to reflect in ur account ..
RETURNS ARE HORRENDOUS .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suta is downright horrible in client service. My order of 2 blouses placed on 7th April has still not reached me as of 14th May. This is despite dozens of phone calls, a messed up exchange, only verbal apologies with no action to match, and irrelevant emails from them. Absolutely zero accountability and zero internal coordination. Untenable excuses galore. I am sick and tired! They've been blaming Blue Dart courier service when actually internally one department does not know what the other is doing. They still continue to treat this as a routine matter with not not even a shred of remorse. Be very careful when you buy stuff from them because they are used to washing all their mismanagement with a plain sorry. Nothing changes, nothing matters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this not because I bought a sari (though i definitely plan to do so) but the excellent customer service I experienced when I had to unfortunately cancel my sari order. Suta by far is the most proactive, very responsive and accommodating online seller I have come across. Special mention to Ms Aarti Padhiyar who handled my request to cancel and subsequent refund. It was all done so smoothly with no fuss. I am thoroughly impressed!!!
