★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The organisation is located in a difficult-to-reach location. The traffic is very horrible in the locality (Adarsh Nagar, Near Infinity Mall Andheri West). Now coming back to the organisation, their focus seems to be a motivational factor and it seems a good place to invest your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will make you work for a month and create troubles for you, at the end of the month, they will state some separation policy and tell you that you suck at your work, what is more disheartening is that they won’t pay you for the hard work you put in the previous month.
Fraudulent is precise work for this company.

Last year, Sutra HR got me hired in a startup company. When I asked about the funding, their agent told me that company is well funded and can survive 5 years without any new projects and things like that. It was all a big lie. I have trusted them at that time and ditched a job offer from Dubai. After joining the new company, I got only 1.5 month's salary and after that I haven't received any salaries due to funding issue. Company still owe me three months salary. Moreover, I lost my job too. So, Don't trust Sutra HR. They don't perform background check on their clients and they are liars...
They didn't even help me to get a new job after I lost my job due to their fake information.
