★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff denied doing blood culture test of my kid as I wasn’t having doctors prescription. I came from Bangalore to Varanasi and was consulting my kid’s pediatrician over call. Initialy when I called them and asked for the trst, they agreed and when I reached there and they got to know I was not having the prescription, they denied doing the test. Such an unprofessional staff. Due to them I had to roam with my 1year old in 40deg temp to another pathology lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should have to do one more machine of MRI to prevent time of patient. Minimum 2-3 Hours must be taken there. Patient must have time 3-4 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer experience. Only accepts cash. I went there with my mother for an x-ray. We were asked to take off our slippers outside the building and made to walk barefoot on a dirty floor. Very poor experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional,staff behaviour not at all good as u need to pleed them for any info and the best they do is not answer. I must say they hav mastered the art of ignorance.They should run a course for the same many ppl who are interested can enroll.
Not atall bother about patient condition wether they are serious upto any extend.
One should go for their checkup at their own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience. Such a big establishment with lakhs of transaction daily and they do not accept cards or online payment. Only cash! Pathetic. Saving Tax and making black money

Poor report.
Poor machines.
High rates.
