A bit disappointed with the sales team in men's section... They are either too much in a hurry to sale the product or too much in a hurry to demotivate you in case you are not sure what you are looking for...
Management needs to take this into account and train their staff to be more enthusiastic and courteous....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I went to shopping for my wedding i liked one tuxedo. They took all my measurements but we found that the tuxedo was defective. When we asked the the sales team they said we can exchange this piece from factory and when we went for payment sales staff infomed us that the tuxedo which i choose was selected by another customer and they asked us to buy another one as they can't give us that piece. We fought with manager and the sales team but they were so rude that they didn't even apologize us but instead asked us to leave their shop. All the customers should ban this shop as they have worst staff who don't have any manners how to behave with customers. Suvidha shop should be closed for ever as they have pathetic customer service. My personal suggestions for all customers plz don't go to this shop.

Situated just next to Dadar station. Right on the prime corner. Fully air-conditioned mall type shop. Staff are also very humble. Facilities of Lift, Drinking water, Chan restrooms.
