I bought a Hercules spartan cycle for 8100 and their stickers were upsidedown ???????and they didn't exchanged it on the same day when I bought it??????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are not there while they are unboxing your cycle, they will take out all accessories that came with cycle and will sell them for a price. My suggestion would don't buy from them. (Its my personal experience, others may have different experience)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd class service is provide. I had my bicycle servicing but there was soo losing tighting of scerw I have gone 3 times but they hadn't didi it . I WILL SUGGEST THAT YOU SHOULD GO TO OTHER CYCLE STORE FOR REPAIRING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the shop tried to sell me a Chinese brand by telling us it was an Indian Brand. They are trying to flush out the Chinese brand for example KEYSTO. The shop is pretty old but this kind of behaviour to dupe the customer is not acceptable. She was asking us to believe them no matter what. I was inclined towards another brand but she kept on insisting to buy the brand KEYSTO which they wanted to flush out in the times where Indians are trying to boycott such transactions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience, regretting my decision to buy my cycle from here. I took a bicycle insurance from them with the cycle, sales girl took rs 580 from me for the same. I got a insurance premium receipt of 360. They didn't have the common courtesy to inform me to take the remaining amount back. Plus they gave me an insurance cover for a less amount then the cost of the cycle. They keep all the accessories and tools that come with the cycle, like allen keys and charge you when you demand them with the cycle, even swapped my original bicycle pedals initially which i got back after confronting them, the bicycle didn't have a bell, even that i have to pay for.
P.S bought a Schnell MettA. Couldn't find a single trace of this bike on the schnell website or on Google.
The owner is rude doesn't know how to talk to customers. Its just till you pay for your cycle and get out they are good to you.
