★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is home to BMW bikes and the bank RO is above on the third floor. The building itself is centrally cooled and has a dedicated parking for permanent staff but it's a challenge when it comes to the visitors parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a frequent visitor of the place on account of office being in the building. The place lacks in number of parking spots. There's just not enough space to park everyone's vehicles, so you need to look for other places to park your vehicle which can be a painful task.

Not happy with this also not good experience. No parking for out visitors also not good security persons.
