★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this site a decade ago when construction just began and show row house was almost ready! I didn't like layout and joint common wall and construction itself. I imagined flooding of river and thereby society itself too. So, I dropped the plan to buy row house at this location. I don't know currently situations like actual quality of construction and flooding during monsoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The play area and garden is very good. However, it is very close to Godavari river. Thus in case of floods, it may get inundated. And the flat we saw was not getting sufficient day light and ventilation for kitchen was not too good. The flat price seemed reasonable at this juncture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This society is quite good but the problem comes when it rains a lot as it is near the river the society first floor sinks which matters a lot and and some of the footpath was not maintained neatly so which gave it a little problematic experience but either the society was good!
