If you plan to invest just think twice before going ahead.. They never respond to your mails and block your number as well to avoid communication after taking money.

This is absolutely bad, I am writing this here regarding the builders.
We booked a 2 bhk with an advance of INR. 200,000 ( paid in 2 days ) and unfortunately due to death in family we cancelled the deal which is accepted by builder.
We took extreme efforts to recover our funds but builder and team are too bad in sense of finance that they are still avoiding and not refunded the amount.
( 4 months passed already )
They are at hight of irresponsibly that they put our numbers at block list and didn't replied with a date of refund. We tried all the ways to tell them that this is our own money and require it, that you are using for free of cost and neglecting us for reply with at least a date.
So, I would suggest, be careful whenever dealing with these guys in commercial terms. Unprofessional behaviour of these guys will be only headache and we regret that we make a deal with them.
Very bad guys in sense of commercial aspects.
Be careful.

Especially in Viridian Vally project. They took money from me since 8 years but not built a single floor of the tower. Now as we are asking to return our money they just blocked our numbers. Owner is the main culprit. They don't have financers.
