★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't feel like service was done at authorized service station. It was same as most of other roadside mechanic.
1. While receiving scooter, engine turned off automatically few seconds after starting . On showing them this, they changed idling RPM in front of me. Whereas, this should have been in their basic check list. This means they do not follow any checklist.
2. I had asked them to clean condensation in Tail lamp during service but it was not done. They said it was done but once again water entered inside tail lamp. I felt it was a lie as condensation pattern was exact same.
3. There is high wining noise coming (as if something is rubbing tyre) on crossing 30 mph speed. This i found only while returning home on the way. To get this resolved , again I have to take out time and visit them . Had they had good PDI chechkist, they would have found this issue .
Even after all this bad experiences, their charge is 35-40% higher than other roadside mechanics.
Didnt meet my expectations of an authorized service station.
