★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will oil u before purchasing, but post sales they will not face ur concers. Post sales paper works like approval of RC n all are very slow, they take near abou 4-5months to approve ur RC.. They will convince you to take 1yr 1st party n 4yr 3rd party insurance while purchasing any bike, please dont fall in their word trap.always try to take a bike with 5yrs 1st party insurance it will cost about Rs.3000 more, it will be benefial for you(I will recommend 5yr 1party for those who want to purchase any vehicle for long term usage).nd if u run short of money n planning to purchase a bike in finance(loan) always try to consult directly with bank, dont fall in the trap of financer of those showrooms, they charge 4-5% extra than banks..If u talk directly with bank then u will be able to save ur money..
BIKE SERVICING:
Very poor service quality. Their only motive is to change engine oil. Neithr they will understand your bikes problem. Its the owner who spend max time with his vehicle not the mechanics, so if you say them the existing problem they will not listen they will do what they see. Very disgusting service quality.

Charging in Bill for Shampoo wash but the dirty parts remains as before even at the time of Delivery of vehicle.
Charging Extra Rs.50 for Gear Oil Change/ Top up by Mechanic i.e. also without Bill.
Some Abnormal Sound in Handle Bar while turning after completion of Service but Mechanic telling it's a usual / common sound in All Scooters model - I haven't touched the Front portion of your Scooter, so the Sound is not my job's Fault.
Strange very Strange. How can he forward the Job Card to the Billing Section assuring that the Service is Complete without touching the Front part of the Vehicle? Can anybody please clarify what the Hell he was doing all the time for more than 3 hours???

Bought Burgman street 125 bs6 BT version from here.
Very easy to reach location.
Nice ambience.
Professional behaviour.
So overall, the rating from my side will be: 9/10 ??
Just one drawback- none of the staff sprayed sanitizer on our hands, when we entered the showroom.
(Edit)- after sales service and the first free service is also paid duly attention too. The spare parts availability is also quite decent. Almost all the necessary and mentioned works in the owner's manual is done during the services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite big showroom near chinsura.. and its a suzuki premium showroom. Will bring the newly launched v storm sx very soon. May be at the end of may. Other bikes like gixxer , gixxer sf , burgman are available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service center's behaviour so bad experience,I want to take tuning in my son's scooty but no one attended to me within 45 minutes.Shop incharge said extra half an hour will be waiting for your service. Sorry this is very bad experience in my life at ages of 72 year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only authorised suzuki dealer in Hooghly. Staffs are polite in behaviour and customer dealing is very nice. Many bikes and scooty are displayed here. Easy to choice and spacious showroom. Awesome ambiance. Lively experience. Their servicing is just behind the showroom attached with it. All services are ok in my view.
