You can work here freely. No boundaries of your skills. In short, great place to work. For freshers best opportunities to have big carrier life in future. For experience one it is not less than a government job. Love this place and love to work here. ?

2 stars only bcs of japanese work ethics and discipline. I have worked here for almost 3years and 9 months had joined as a GET and left organization when I was at the position of AM. Now the work environment is different at different level of management heirarchy (Indian Staff), higher the position at heirarchy higher the politics and toxicity! I had worked directly under Japanese. Very much enjoyed and learned having worked with Japanese staff which are highly ethical, disciplined and Punctual however totally opposite for Indian staff. Mental torture, harassment and lack of education, moral and work ethics is at the core of most indian management work staff. Recorded 12 audios in proof of indian politics and harassment, toxicity had also shown it to HR team. If you want to die by suicide then great option to join this company as central management Indian staff is highly experienced in harassing and torturing others while at the same time less work, more rumors and gossips. Some common names of toxic employees are Rahul Agarwal(Finance), Raunak Jain(Purchase), Vikram Bawale(SPC), Himanshu Patel (Now left - SPC), Anubhav Srivastav(P.E.), Pravin Yedage(P.E.), Mr. Bhanvari(Admin), Aman Singh (PPC), Shital dhonde(P.E.). Basically purchase, Finance, PPC & SPC are the most toxic staff as well as their is no relation or co-ordintion. Just disgusting experience having worked with Egoistic, unethical and pathetic uneducated Indians. Edit: Some examples of Indian politics i have faced during my tenure 1. I had gone to Pune 3 times for Assembly production line C pre dispatch machine inspection work, as per company policy I need to pay for my conveniences first and then company would reimburse the bill amount (Includes hotel stay, food bills and inter city travelling through cab). Now even though i had paid in advance for all of my 3 visits in Pune, the reimbursement work incharge - Mr. Rahul Agarwal did this work like any other government babu. He made me to do numbers of rounds to his chair for my money to get reimbursed that it took almost 1 month to get it cleared and he stretched this all intentionally for such long period of time without any reason just because i needed my money to be reimbursed and he was the incharge so he took advantage of it (Like any government babu does). H e also made me to send him and his boss an email that i have failed to clear reimbursement work within allowed stipulated period of time and so i am apologizing for such delay and my japanese boss is taking the responsibility for any inconvenience happened (where the fact is he intentionally delayed it unethically bcs he wanted me to get apology letter on email). 2. Even being part of the same organization, working for the same company at different levels....there is so much discrimination and superiority attitude of seniors towards junior employees. As the seniors are having too much corporate work experience (with almost no knowledge of their field work), playing mind games, corporate politics is how they enjoy their time in company and justify their duty!
