★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff behaviour and service was not at all satisfactory. Except Service center manager nobody doesn't know how to behave with customers and also the are not professional enough to do services for vehicles. Please insist them for computerized bill orelse they will provide manual bill.

My scooty suzuki access 125 ....
self stop working after 1st servicing .
Staff are saying bs6 have problem with self we can't do anything ... So you have to manage with kick . . For this I have spend 97,000 I have to use kick rather than self.
Frnds don't purchase suzuki scooty or any other bike .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friends,it's my sincere and honest review about this showroom. The worst customer service I have never ever seen in my life.They just parked my new bike which will be delivered from showroom just outside and given me the key.thats it the delivery formality.
The second thing,the showroom sale person and owner promised me to install accessories free of cost after delivery but at the time of delivery they just reversed from their promised and not installed any accessories free of cost and not even discount one paisa from the quotation price as in the time of price negotiation they promised me ,we are not giving any discount from the quotation price but we install the accedaccess free of cost.but it was not happened.
The third thing is ,we bought 1 lakh price bike and we spent around 30-45 minutes in showroom but there was not even 1 glass of water facility to drink.
Please avoid the showroom.its better you buy near City from Berhampur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service, not even proper manner of delivery of vehicle it is parked on road side where mud sprinkled on backside of the vehicle. They have not observed and cleaned until we say. At the time of ordering manager of the branch said accessories will be given free,but at the time of vehicle they said accessories will include only footmat and indicator buzzer. To my surprise they have not reduced not even 1rp on MRP. Totally unsatisfied with the showroom and staff.

I had bought my bike from this showroom and that place was like a fish market, everyone were shouting to each other & nothing was in order. Two times out of three i was there and i can say by my experience that was the worst showroom i have seen in our town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place great behaviour though they will try to sell you the older version of the bike on the name of offer but they wont force you to buy that.. And the staffs are very patience.. I visited 6-7 times for enquiry about bike, but they never show any sign of irritate.. Finally bought gixxer 150 ,2019 model also got 1k cash discount and some goodies happy purchase

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very descent behaviour from all the staffs. Once you visit the Suzuki show room you can't come out with out any purchase. I purchased Suzuki Access 125 and the mileage it's showing is non comparable.
