★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pathetic people (I request suzuki company to change service vendor), where every given to services, they purpose spoil vehicles and do something, so that customer and to come back in a day or 2 for additional repair work, for this they charge any thing and any amount ..I got my vehicle gj.27.m.755 service on 31 August and next just now on 1 August that say for looking error will charge 300 rs. ( they are many who will be having bad experience like me and tis will continue) .. evening time 5:45 I went while sliding my vehicle and went to local road side auto repair work .. it took 2 minute to Search what is problem and that also without any charge only repair work .. I have taken video of this incident and will upload it now

Not taking actions for our complaints,
Always have to wait for 40-60 mins at the time of delivery due to incomplete work,
Vehicle is not ready to deliver though they call for come and take delivery
Totally disappointed

staff is not competent at all and there is behaviour issue as well, they don't know how to treat customer.
very rude is behaviour.
they do not even pick up your call if you have complaint
