★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying over here for a couple of years. Initially the food and facilities were pathetic. Now the food is awesome & well responding management. Earlier lot of food used to waste because less people were eating. Now it is hard to get during late nights. Coming to locality, the area is covered with lot of trees and parks. You can walk or jog around here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was living here for more than an year but the PG owners will never respect anyone, watching IPL matches is banned and you can't sit and watch matches with your friends but the owners used to watch it with their relatives that is been acceptable for them.
You should not shout and no birthday celebrations for the tenants they will say it as residential area but the PG owners will celebrate birthdays and will shout with their relatives that is acceptable for them.
Cockroaches and insects will be there in the food you can say that will happen but this is to happen always, we spot so many cockroaches on dal, rice, subji, this is used to happen because these guys wont clean ground floor properly and all those food and paper waste will be stored there without cleaning it for months so Cockroaches will come ofcourse.
TV with only selected channels that too sometimes the setup box wont work, Poor WiFi connection so lot of people will be using thier own Private connection, the cleaning people will be coming once in a week and wont clean properly also, You should not sit and talk with friends even at 8 p.m.
If you raise any one of the issue they will say to vacate and they don't even mind how many years you are staying.
( All those good reviews are given by their own friends and relatives cheap tricks by them and third grade poor management )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 stars for locality, Well constructed PG, Ventilated Rooms, Bigger Bathroom.
Issues : Decent Food which is repetitive, and not everything is good. Breakfast menu is kind of unacceptable. Caretaker, can't understand any language other than Telugu or Tamil, helpless.
Overall a good place in Koramangala.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable stay at an awesome location. This is a very premium location and almost everything is at a walking distance. Only problem in this area is that the bus services to this area stops early.
Regarding the stay it is comfortable and food is kinds okay but you can cook if you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was staying here for 6 months , I can say this is the worst ever PG I have stayed in Bangalore. The PG owners are third grade idoits and are very rude with the tenants. These owners with their relatives used to disturb us a lot like celebrating birthday parties, watching movies and playing Pubg game all the time, not even solving an issue raised by the tenants.
Food is worse ( you can see cockroaches, Insects in the food always, one of the tenant got food poisoned due to the food) Tv doesn't work properly they didn't still subscribe the channels yet, cleaning happens once in a week, water problem at sometimes , the owners didn't solve the RO water filter its very dirty and uncleaned that causes serious problem for the tenants. If you raise the complaint they used say you can vacate the PG if you don't like.
They have raised the rent also now so it costs you 7k/month for 3 sharing and 10k/month for 2 sharing. The advance is also 4k they used to keep 2k for maintenance charges and they will give you the balance amount if you put good review on google then they will be giving your advance (compelling the tenants to put good reviews on Google)
I won't recommend this PG to anyone else. Worst ever management. Please think twice to join here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good PG for working professionals. Building looks new. 3 times food, Washing machine, TV for each room. Surroundings are dusty. Food is worst (not hygienic at all). Bad maintenance. No one bothers your complaints. Can come here if no other PG is available.

Pathetic food (cockroaches in food) , Ugly rooms, poor maintenance, Lot of bedbugs in bed and sofa (Some of the tenants vacated due to this pbm), Poor drinking water, Bathroom used to smell badly sometimes because cleaning happens once in a week, Very rude PG owners.
Please don't join here, the PG owners are putting fake reviews and compelling the tenants also to put good reviews.
