★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not advisable for Flat no. 302. The condition of the apartment was very badly left by the previous tenants who stayed there for four years. Our stay was only for two months (myself and my spouse) and we were held up in our hometown due to covid lockdown. The owners did not reduce athe rent. Owners, Unwantedly charged usfor painting when there was no damage. And their attitude towards us was very bad for all the damage done by the previous tenants.
