β β β β β Wife bought suit. Wore it to office and something wrong happened with the fabric. Wife took it to shop for feedback. Staff and owner kept blaming that it was washed and hence got spoilt. Thing is it wasn't washed once.staff and owner just kept putting blame on wife. Shame on them. The people are reason why people shift from small boutique to brands for better customer service experience. Very sad experience.
