Very. bad quality of the cycle, facing problems from day 1 of purchase, doesn't make sense to purchase such a expensive cycle and not use it.
Customer service is also very bad, there is no service centre anywhere, company people expect you to do cycle service on your own,
Issues faced by me:
1) Cycle tyre itself was defective when they delivered the cycle, they took almost a month to replace it.
2) You cannot cycle in first gear cause it slips out every single time, and also the chain touches the tyre and that's how every gear cycle works according to the company.
3) The derailleur was defective instead of servicing , they expected us to buy a new one instead of them replacing it ,cause it is under warranty.And also brake also isn't that great ,they don't know how to tighten it .
And also no normal cycle shop would service anything cause expensive cycle and they wouldn't want to take the blame.
4) PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD CYCLE WITHOUT ANY SERVICE FROM THE COMPANY.
And also company people itself agreed that there was some manufacturing defect and would replace the cycle, but now they are not ready to do it.
Its just been 3-4 months and I have so many problems.
WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY ONE.

Guys this is so far my best experience on a two-wheeler and especially in the EV sector. The bike and its features are amazing and the services which the headquarters provided to me were outstanding. They took their time to explain and clear out all of my doubts and the test ride also assured me that this purchase was nothing but an investment.

My experience of riding Svitch bike was something more luxurious and smoother than a flight journey.
I took my first test drive on Svitch in the busy evening on Sindhu Bhawan road and yet I found it peaceful and fun.
I used the throttle to speed my ride, the foldability of the bike helped me to carry it from my office basement to the road. The color was so attractive that even the busy traffic noticed me.
Yo I genuinely recommend people to try it out
