★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most hopeless builder. Do not fall in traps of this builder, do not buy any of the project of this builder. They have annoyed me for 5 years. Despite written commitments, they do not honour. They given offer of possession in gulmohar garden without at a stage where it can be considered as livable and then GDA ask them to cancel the offer of possession and it took around 2 years to provide fresh offer of possession. Now one can consider at which stage they wanted to give offer of possession. Whenever you write to customer care, the reply comes from a personal gmail id so that written communication can be declined as official communication. I paid more than booking amount and they booked two flats without my consent. When I asked to cancel, they asked me to pay 20% damages. In total its hopeless builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my flat in the year 2010 at gulmohar residency, indra puram. As per agreement they have to hand over the flat in the year 2013.but the same has not been handed over to me till date ie 11.08 2019.My flat is ready for pocession for the last six months and I have made the full payment to the builder, but inspite of so many times visiting their office and also making calls on phone, no body is ready to listen me for handing over my flat and now I have no other alternative except to file application in RERA or in the court of law. All are advised to not book any flat in this Co. Otherwise they will have to suffer like me.

They do not respond over the calls and make their customers suffer who have already paid the money. Their behaviour is the worst towards the customers who have paid the money and they are not willing for possession despite missing several deadlines. Never buy any flat from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They people are fraud, they run after you at the time you are buying however once they get money they.leave you hanging. They want you to then run to get your flat. Totally insensitive staff and complete lack of professionalism. They just want your money. Please don't buy from them. Buy anywhere flat but not with these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi just bought home for my family at gulmohar garden raj nagar extension. This builder is providing very poor quality construction , ill behavior maintenance staff( which is famous for looting people's hard money ).
I am having top floor tower number 24, flat 1406 . In this rainy season my flat is leaking from every corner. It is under builder maintenance right now and they are not even interested for visit . . Two month back they said we will come after rain then , after two month again they are saying same. But after that no One visited. We have signed doc for agreement whe flat handover to us that for leakage they will arrange .will paint it again . Now it is almost 1 year. We just lost hope now.
